Highly recommend! Lucas came out to save the day when my boiler went out during a cold snap. My regular company wouldn’t because of our snowy lane and driveway. Lucas came in his 4WD truck and got the boiler going temporarily then ordered the needed part. He got the part and came back and installed it before the boiler failed again. He also diagnosed what caused the part to corrode (this same part has failed before) and fixed that as well. The cost was very reasonable. Needless to say I’m switching to Integrity for all my HVAC needs! ~ Kharoe

He did a great job accommodating my less than flexible schedule. Very responsive to questions and messages. Always arrived on time. Explained things thoroughly. The project became bigger than was originally anticipated due to a poor replacement HVAC installation a few years ago. He had to end up replacing the furnace and outdoor unit both, not just the outdoor. He even remedied another issue that happened during the install. ~ Jen D

January 9, 2025 - New to Virginia, my wife and I asked neighbors & church friends for HVAC recommendations in the Waynesboro area. . . Our initial “ interview” with Owner /Lucas Lane of Integrity Air Solutions impressed us immensely! We set up a consult & free estimate. He inspected our 4 ton Compressor, and preformed a few tests. I tend to ask a plethora of questions. Trying to learn from the PROFESSIONALS! The tid bits of facts help me discern experience & skill level. Mr. Lane mentioned he’s worked for years with his DAD, and at other HVAC companies. We finalized contract details, and Mr. Lane electronically sent out the contract and Labor guarantee! 😃👍🏼 Great start, Mr. Lane , and Casey (recently hired an apprentice) arrived on TIME for the 2 day job . The dynamic duo removed the old system on an unbelievably frosty cold day. . . around 13 degrees! Couldn’t believe how fast they completed tasks. Only 1 break for lunch, which they needed to “ warm up” , which was understandable! On the 2nd day, “crew” arrived promptly again, ready to install the new compressor & wiring. They replaced drip pan, all new insulation wiring. Preformed testing sequence, and the new Freon refrigerant in our system! Several times Mr. Lane stopped to answer my questions. . . and explained with detailed answers! Each time their work day ended, they spent time cleaning up the “ work area” in our home. Very thoughtful & tidy! We are very happy ! According to the outside thermometer, it’s 7 degrees in Waynesboro! Frigid! Inside, our new thermostat is reading a comfortable 70 degrees! Many “ thanks” to Mr. Lane & Casey for a FANTASTIC job of replacing our old heating system with a NEW system & 10 Year Labor Guarantee agreement 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😃 Happy New Years . . .
